We then fitted a modern suite with new modern fixtures, transforming the area into a stylish and functional environment.

We have been super busy this August! Here is one of our completed projects… creating an additional bathroom for a student property. 🏠⭐️

Working in collaboration with James Kimberley Property Maintenance, we started from scratch by building the bathroom walls to optimize the space while ensuring the bedroom remained spacious. The walls were then expertly plastered in preparation for the first fix. We also fitted ply wood ready for the flooring to be laid.

Next, we installed all-new piping, ensuring that the bathroom had top-quality plumbing. We then installed modern shower panels and a sleek bathroom suite, giving the room a fresh and contemporary feel. To complete the look, we fitted new fixtures, tying together the design and providing a polished finishing touch.

Introducing our latest bathroom makeover! We completely transformed the space by removing walls, revealing the raw brick, and leveling the ceiling in preparation for plastering. We also decided to move the door forward to create a more spacious and inviting entrance due to having the walls removed.

Adding new stunning quick step dusk blue stone flooring that not only looks stylish but is also waterproof. To add a touch of luxury, we installed a free-standing tap and bath, a modern wall-mounted basin, and a sleek shower enclosure adorned with complementary green tiles.

We also added an LED backlit mirror that adds the perfect finishing touch!

This week, I had the task of converting an outdated toilet room with a bulky built-in wardrobe into a sleek and functional en-suite shower room for one of my lovely customers.

By utilising the area previously occupied by the wardrobe, we were able to create ample space for a shower. The shower panelling we installed not only added a touch of modernity to the room but also provided a practical solution for easy cleaning and maintenance. To complete the transformation, we also created a stylish splashback for the sink, adding a finishing touch to the overall design.

Here is part 2 of our recent big project. We built the stud-walling to create a bedroom, a new bathroom and a spacious landing area.

The bathroom was designed and built to be modern but functional for the students who will be living here.

We project managed this build to make sure that all trades worked together to get this ready for the students arrival!

Throwing back to one of our most interesting requests… We were asked by the customer to design & build a dog shower area in their utility.

This project involved levelling and strengthening the floors, rebuilding the steps and building the shower enclosure. We also relocated the original utility sink and washing machine into the garage.
